Quality Manager
Homebased Position with occasinal visitis to Office, locations in Bristol/London/Stevenage

The Position:
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the relevant company and international standards and Customer Quality related approvals
- Maintenance / Improvement of Company KPI’s for Quality such as On Time Delivery, On Quality Delivery, Cost of Poor Quality, Customer Satisfaction
- Maintenance of the company’s Internal Audit program
- Business Improvements across other areas of the business
Required Experience
- Qualified to Degree/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Management.
- An in-depth knowledge of AS9100
- Ability to take the lead and to take a proactive approach to drive business results
- Good knowledge of Aerospace systems and experience of working with Aerospace OEMs
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Tools (Problem Solving, Risk Assessment & Management, Quality Plans etc.)
Desirable experience
- Knowledge of other industry standards (eg. IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO27001)
- A qualified Lead Auditor for AS9100
- “Excellent” skill level in the use of MS Office tools (particularly VBA, Power Query, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of APQP
- Familiar with EASA requirements within a DOA environment
