Job description
We currently have a vacancy for an Quality Assurance Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks
- Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures;
- Provision of quality plans and service level agreements;
- IS Quality control and evaluation;
- Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects;
- Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests;
- Coordination of test campaigns.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 17 years of relevant working experience;
- Excellent experience with Manual as well as automation testing;
- Experience with testing technologies, tools and techniques;
- Experience in the test data management with relational databases;
- Experience with quality procedures;
- Experience with Automation Testing (Selenium);
- Good knowledge of information system quality assurance and quality control practices;
- Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools such as Jira;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile);
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent is a plus;
- Ability to understand, speak and write French is an advantage;
- Excellent command of the English language.
