About the Quality Assurance department
At the forefront of innovation, our Quality Assurance (QA) team is the first line of defence, supporting operational colleagues in planning, designing, and implementing change. Currently, our QA function is undergoing an exciting transformation, offering our people the chance to play a crucial role in enhancing our services and establishing robust quality metrics.
As a specialist function, the QA team provides independent assurance across operational areas through meticulous monitoring and customer outcomes testing. About the Job
Project Support: Assist in larger projects or lead the delivery of project actions under the guidance of a QA Consultant.
Administrative Duties: Manage daily administrative tasks related to QA policies, track document renewal schedules, and proactively suggest process improvements.
Meeting Documentation: Record and distribute weekly meeting notes for all team meetings.
Collaboration: Participate in sessions with complaints and QA teams to address key questions and integrate areas of work.
Roles and Responsibilities
QA Activity Management: Maintain and update QA activities using spreadsheets and assist with administrative tasks related to complaints.
Request Handling: Manage incoming requests to the QA function, coordinating with QA management to prioritise and assign tasks to consultants or data requests.
Logistics Coordination: Regularly book meeting rooms, team offsites, and travel arrangements as needed.
Complaint Journey Review: Conduct end-to-end reviews of complaint journeys, providing information to RCA and working on improving trends and reports related to customer experience.
Training Support: Assist QA consultants in developing training materials for QA categories.
QA Output Collaboration: Work with QA assessors to understand QA outputs, including how percentages and claims are selected and identifying any missing information.
Independent and Collaborative Work: Capable of working independently while also engaging with colleagues across the business.
Customer Service Experience: Bring experience from service operations where customer service is a top priority.
