The role will be full time and permanent, with expectations of planning, marking and, of course, teaching.The role and what we are looking forYou will have a confident understanding of the curriculum, excellent subject knowledge and proven success as an effective leader. The successful candidate is someone who:

  • is forward thinking and capable of inspiring students through their passion for Geography
  • has experience teaching the subject to KS3 and KS4
  • is a successful teacher who believes in bringing out the best in every student and who believes in the potential of all

  • establishes and maintains strong relationships, using excellent interpersonal skills
  • sets high expectations for teaching and learning

  • has an up-to-date knowledge of teaching and behaviour management strategies
