The Qualification Services Automation Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring that our products, processes, and systems meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This position is part of the Qualification Services Team located Globally and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems into existing or new processes.

  • Conducting troubleshooting and diagnostic activities on current and new products (DeltaV, PlantPAx, AVEVA, Chronicle etc)

  • Participating in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of automation projects.

  • Coordinating with project managers and other engineering disciplines.

  • Ensuring systems comply with industry regulations and standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field.

  • Proven experience in designing, qualification engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role within a regulated industry.

  • Training or certification in DeltaV, PlantPAx and/or AVEVA system administration

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, ISO, and cGMP.

  • Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Verification)

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to process automation.

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
