Together, we work with best practices, continuous improvements, ISO standards, KPI´s, policy updating, and much more, ensuring clear governance across DSV to ensure we meet ISO requirements and national regulations.We engage with a wide range of stakeholders across our entire organisation – from top management, colleagues in other group functions to local management and operations – to ensure operational excellence and support our global business model.Ensure process mapping, optimization and implementationAs our new IMS Compliance Specialist, your primary focus will be to understand our current workflows by mapping processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and exploring how to implement these improvements effectively.This applies across global processes, policies, standards, and documents, to name a few. A crucial aspect of this role is to ensure that all information is conveyed in a manner, so that it is tangible for everybody – from management and specialists to local operational employees.More specifically, you will:

  • Drive our integrated management system (QHSE) across DSV
  • Engage with stakeholders from group functions and operational specialists
  • Ensure that policies/standards, etc. are accurate, clear and concise, and ensure consistency and alignment with DSV best practices and relevant ISO standards
  • Manage and maintain document control management and ensure proper training protocols
  • Plan and execute both internal and external ISO audits
  • Liaise with the certifying body and external auditors to ensure good audit outcome
  • Develop and maintain training material, and conduct training when needed

Then it’s up to each Business entity to apply it in their own way,” says Director of QHSE Compliance, Helle Riis.Experience with ISO and technical writingWith your solid communication and stakeholder management skills, you are great at navigating in a multicultural setting where you interact with colleagues at all professional levels. Your holistic and diplomatic approach also enable you to gain willingness from your audience to adopt processes and standards.Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Have some years of QHSE management experience
  • Have technical writing experience, so that you can create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation
  • Have knowledge of the ISO high-level structure in a global context (preferable experience with multisite certification)
  • Most likely have experience from either the service industry or the transport and logistics industry
  • Have English proficiency
