As our new QEHS manager, you will build a strong and cross-functional network within the organization. The goal is to help the business to be digital, sustainable, flexible, fast and efficient, always with the customer in focus. Since technology development is fast and Siemens is at the forefront, we see it as an advantage that you can adopt new technology and convert this into a benefit in the organizationThe role includes tasks such as:

• Providing support to managers in developing their operations and working methods.
• Defining, establishing and continuously optimizing a “living” integrated management system of relevant management system standards (ISO 9001, 14001,27001,45001) with a focus on risk & opportunity management, action and effectiveness
• Communicating with, training and coaching the staff in QEHS issues and methods
• Leading workshops and managing changes in the business, while being a culture bearer for a shared view of quality, environment and work environment.
• Developing processes and working methods where systems and data flows are also integrated.
• Planning and executing internal audits and management review of QEHS management system
• Working systematically with customer requirements and working methods in the quality area

The position is intended to support the organization throughout Denmark. You will be located at our offices in Ballerup, but there will be some travelling in the Nordics.Who are you?We attach great importance to your personal qualities where you can drive the digitalization and sustainability initiatives in an inspiring and motivating way, and drive the changes required to further develop the business and its processes. With your strategic, analytical and systematic way of working, you plan your work and have a broad perspective to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.In addition to that, you have:

• A university degree or equivalent work experience in quality, environment, work environment and change work.
• Experience in digitalization work delivering impactful organizational improvements
• Practical experience working with standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious if you have:

• Prior knowledge/practical experience of ISO27001
• Previously worked in a larger international matrix organization
• Worked with Agile and Lean thinking in practice
• Operational experience of working with an organization with several business units
