About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Scientist to join our analytical life cycle methods team.

As a Quality Control Scientist, you will play a crucial role in validating and transferring test methods, maintaining test methods in a validated and compliant state, writing laboratory investigation statements, participating in continuous improvement projects, and handling specific tasks within change controls. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the test methods assigned to you. How you will contribute:

• Knowledge of analytical method validation and method transfer
• Ability to supervise testing methods and ensure compliance
• Proficiency in writing laboratory investigation statements and conducting root cause analysis
• Involvement in specific tasks within change controls related to testing methods
• Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and demonstrate a high affinity for IT
• Experience with industrial guidelines and pharmacopoeia
• Experience in driving continuous improvement projects

What you bring to Takeda:

• Technical or natural sciences background (biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, or similar)
• Resilient, organized, and independent
• Experienced in Good Practices (GxP)
• Strong background in analytical chemistry
• Fluency in German and English (sufficient for international teleconference calls)
