Specific information – Discover impactful work:

As QC LIMS & Digital Specialist you will join the QC LIMS & Digital team, acting mainly as a key user of the LIMS SQL and gLIMS (global LIMS) system, in support to QC laboratories, other Quality and Manufacturing dept.

Your main duties related to new Global LIMS system (Sample Manager – gLIMS) and Digital projects implementation will be, but no only related to:

• Sample workflow mapping
• Issue of change control records, dedicated procedures and work instructions, where needed
• Data loading
• Users training
• System Improvement
• Methods and other documents digitalization

Whereas needed, as site SME for SQL LIMS you will involved in the following activities:

• Management (creation/update/decommissioning) of static data related to materials, specifications, lot plans and operations.
• Changes and deviations impact evaluation, and relevant action plans implementation on the system.
• System Audit Trail check in course of batch release.
• SME support to users.

Keys to Success:

Education

• University degree or experienced high school diploma in Pharmaceutical/Biomedical context.

Experience

• Previous experience with a LIMS system in GMP & Compliance environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Good English level (written and spoken).
• Basic IT knowledge of SQL, PMX, MES, SAP databases is a plus.
• Precision and attention to details.
• Teamwork, communicative and self-organization demeanour.
• Interpersonal and good communication skills.
