– Drive quality initiatives aligned with the company’s mission, fostering a proactive approach and enhancing the organization’s quality management system.
– Collaborate across departments to implement growth-enhancing strategies, ensuring objectives and quality benchmarks are consistently met.Requirements:– Hold a Master’s degree in industrial pharmacy with a Qualified Person (QP) certification, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
– Bring several years of experience managing a Quality Assurance department, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO-13485 legislation.
– Show proficiency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
