Are you seeking new challenges? Do you possess an analytical mindset, natural curiosity, and enjoy collaborating with others across departments and areas of expertise? If so, this is your opportunity to join a dedicated QA department in Emerging Technologies at Novo Nordisk, a role in which you can develop both personally and professionally.
The position
This is a temporary 2-year position, with the potential for permanent employment based on mutual compatibility.
We are seeking several new colleagues to fill various positions in our Quality Assurance department, focusing on tablet production within Emerging Technologies.
As a QA professional, you will engage in a diverse role, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely production, review, and release of our products. You will be trained to review batch documentation for various processes, ensuring that all production processes are executed correctly, guaranteeing quality and compliance, and maintaining the pace of production for on-time medication delivery to our customers.
In addition to daily operations, we continuously work to optimize our workflows for future readiness. This involves close collaboration with colleagues and production supporters in a dynamic and energetic environment, where ideas are exchanged. We prioritize mutual support in meeting deadlines, addressing queries, and providing professional assistance when necessary.
Our focus is on implementing LEAN and digitization practices, striving for greater efficiency. As a member of our department, we expect you to naturally take the lead in addressing challenges, both in your daily tasks and when coordinating with colleagues. We also encourage curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role:
• Your education must at a minimum support the Danish Medicines Agency’s requirements and expectations for an expert person (QP Delegate) in a pharmaceutical company, e.g., Pharmacist or equivalent education.
• As most of our procedures and documentation are written in Danish, it is also a requirement that you write and speak fluent Danish.
• It would be an advantage if you have some experience in either tablet production or from QA in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong overview and the ability to prioritize for both you and the team.
About the Department
The department consists of approximately 60 skilled colleagues responsible for QA tasks related to tablet production (Bulk and Pack). The area we support is rapidly evolving, with production volume increasing significantly each year. We promote a strong team spirit by prioritizing a positive work environment. We believe in fostering work-life balance with flexibility and understanding of individual needs, while the entire team is also prepared to exert extra effort when necessary.
