Job Title: QA Officer

Location: The Hague Region, Netherlands
Type: Part-time (24-32 hours/week) | Freelancers welcome!
On-site Requirements: Minimum 2 days per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Officer to join our team in The Hague region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of medical devices in accordance with QMS, ISO 13485, and MDR regulations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485.
* Ensure the company adheres to MDR (Medical Device Regulation) requirements.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Maintain documentation and records for quality assurance activities.

Key Requirements:

* 1-3 years of relevant QA experience, particularly in medical devices.
* Proficiency with ISO 13485 and knowledge of MDR regulations.
* Experience working within a QMS framework.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work on-site at least 2 days per week in The Hague region.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
* Previous experience in audits or regulatory inspections.
* Knowledge of risk management and CAPA processes.
