Our client, a specialised Benelux consultancy in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a QA Officer for their office in Brussels. Thanks to exposure to multiple clients, products and GDP/GMP settings, you’ll quickly grow into a well-rounded QA professional with real impact on patient safety and product quality. They are open to graduates and provide an excellent training program, which will kick-start your career and make you more confident in the role.

Role Responsibilities

* Execute core QA activities: administrative product release, evaluation of returned goods, deviation and complaint handling, and documentation control to safeguard compliant products.
* Maintain and improve quality systems: manage QA documentation, write and update SOPs, and participate in self-inspections and audits to support continuous improvement.
* Work closely with Regulatory Affairs on quality-related variation dossiers and provide QA trainings that strengthen quality awareness across teams and contractors.

Requirements

* Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other scientific field.
* Open to graduates but ideally first experience in the pharmaceutical industry or an internship.
* Fluent in English, Dutch and French. French can be intermediate with a willingness to improve.
