Job Opportunity: QA Manager (Venray Region)

Overview
Join a dynamic, global medical device manufacturer as a QA Manager, leading a team of 7 quality professionals (3 direct reports) to ensure high-quality production aligned with international standards. This is a real management position with significant growth opportunities, operating within a flat structure as part of the Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee compliance with global quality regulations (21CFR Part 820, ISO 13485).
* Manage and develop a skilled team of quality engineers, technicians, and QA auditors.
* Address product quality issues, coordinate nonconformance rework, and drive improvement initiatives.
* Prepare quality reports and review risk management files to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
* Contribute to department budget planning and operational strategy.

Your Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire teams.
* Expertise in quality management systems and problem-solving technical challenges.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
