Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

* Implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Conduct thorough inspections of diagnostic processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Compliance:

* Stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Documentation:

* Create and manage quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Perform document control activities to ensure accuracy and accessibility of quality records.

Audits:

* Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings.

Training:

* Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for employees.
* Promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organisation.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
* Proven experience in quality assurance within the diagnostics or related industry.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
