We support 8 sites globally with 460 colleagues. A major part of QA’s sphere of influence spans systems supporting QMS (ISO 9001), systems supporting problem solving methodology) and Customer claims. Your job would be to work with QA tools & systems, and interact with, train and support our stakeholders in management and line levels.Who are you?Your communication skills are excellent, and you have what it takes to positively influence upwards and outwards in a global project organization.You understand how Quality adds true value to Alfa Laval’s customers and can support an organization on its journey to unparalleled quality standards and continuous improvement.You are a team player, whilst at the same time, possessing the ability to work alone out in the organization.You are just as comfortable interacting with your stakeholders as you are using our tools and systems.You understand change, and the mechanics of change, both from a human and systems perspective.You understand the importance of a solid digital environment.

Key tasksImplementation & compliance to ISO 9001 2015 certified QMS.Support and deploy strategic & continuous improvement projects.Support & update issue management tools and coordinate Customer and Supplier claims.Extract and communicate performance data to different levels of management.Train new users in issue management tools & QMSTrain colleagues in problem-solving methodologySupport our SharePoint superuser on Global QMS platform.Support & facilitate Continuous Improvement meetings.What can you do, and what have you done?You have a degree in Engineering or similar, your English skills are excellent, and you have minimum 3 years’ experience in working with Quality in a project-oriented environment. You possess a good working knowledge of the ISO 9001 2015 standard and have experience in auditing.
