QA Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant and smart Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join the Quality Assurance department (Quality Assurance Compliance team).

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Review of batch production documentation, using electronic batch records
• Assist in the preparation of documents related to batch disposition and market supply (e.g. Certificate of Analysis – CoA, Certificate of Compliance – CoC)
• Participate in QA activities, including GEMBA WALK, QA on SHOPFLOOR and oversight of calibration and maintenance activities
• Management and update of procedure
• Contribute to the management and archiving of batch documentation

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s degree in CTF, Pharmacy and Biotechnology
• At least 6 months of previous experience in production and QA activities and strong GMP knowledge. More than 6 months of work experience will be a plus.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team and proactivity with an analytical approach
• Precision, accuracy and sense of responsibility complete the profile
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including strong Excel skills, and a good knowledge of SAP
• Residence or domicile in Lombardy
• Fluent in English and Italian mother tongue
