QA Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)
Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant and smart Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join the Quality Assurance department (Quality Assurance Compliance team).
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Review of batch production documentation, using electronic batch records
- Assist in the preparation of documents related to batch disposition and market supply (e.g. Certificate of Analysis – CoA, Certificate of Compliance – CoC)
- Participate in QA activities, including GEMBA WALK, QA on SHOPFLOOR and oversight of calibration and maintenance activities
- Management and update of procedure
- Contribute to the management and archiving of batch documentation
WHO YOU ARE:
- Master’s degree in CTF, Pharmacy and Biotechnology
- At least 6 months of previous experience in production and QA activities and strong GMP knowledge. More than 6 months of work experience will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team and proactivity with an analytical approach
- Precision, accuracy and sense of responsibility complete the profile
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including strong Excel skills, and a good knowledge of SAP
- Residence or domicile in Lombardy
- Fluent in English and Italian mother tongue
