We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our customers, a leading company in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation. You will join a dynamic team focused on travel management systems. This role involves leading a QA team, working across multiple applications for flight searches, hotel bookings, car rentals, and train searches, primarily through web applications with some mobile elements. The ideal candidate will seamlessly switch between test automation, manual testing, and leading the QA efforts, ensuring high-quality delivery across the platform.Project information:

Project scope:

• Lead QA efforts for a complex suite of travel-related web applications with smaller mobile components.
• Manage and collaborate with a team of ~10 members (Frontend, Backend, and QA).
• Coordinate testing strategies and execution for new features across the travel domain.
• Drive test automation initiatives using Cypress (Typescript/JavaScript) and BDD (Cucumber).
• Perform manual testing, automation testing, performance testing, and mobile testing.
• Manage testing across different platforms including web and mobile.
• Work with Postman to ensure API testing is performed efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines are optimized.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain test scripts to ensure coverage and reliability.
• Develop and execute performance tests to ensure the application”s scalability and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Strong test-leading experience, managing a team of QA engineers
• Strong experience with Cypress using Typescript/JavaScript.
• Expertise in BDD (Cucumber).
• Solid experience with Postman for API testing.
• Strong database knowledge for validating backend data.
• Proven experience in Test Automation.
• Ability to perform both Manual Testing and Performance Testing.
• Experience in Mobile Testing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2, C1, or C2).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Knowledge of YAML.
• Experience with K6 for load testing.
• Understanding of Accessibility (A11Y) standards.
