We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person interested in working in a new project with an international bank. Are you a pioneer?We are searching for someone who has a broad experience working as QA Automation Manager.Your main responsibilities will be:

• Technical Leadership: Capability to provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Define and document the test strategy, including functional, non-regression, automated, acceptance, and end-to-end performance test plans.
• Define and execute test cases.
• Monitor and manage the overall progress of tests and communicate their status.
• Apply effective quality assurance processes, managing all outcomes, risks and issues.
• Develop an end-to-end integrated functional test plan.
• Develop a user acceptance test plan for the release.
• Develop a performance test plan and support the creation of performance test scripts.

Skills will help you to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineer or related field.
• Good understanding of the banking industry.
• Experience in test automation framework
• Agile methodologies.
• At least B2 level of English, written and spoken.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills/investigating skills on technical matters.
• Well organised.
• Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.
• Proactive.
• Good coaching skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Tech skills:

• Experience programming automatic frameworks such Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Jasmine or other related automatic frameworks based on node.js or javascript technologies.
• Experience working with Javascript related platforms such angular or react.
• Fluent in HTML5/CSS3.
• Good understanding on junit, serenity, cucumber, Mockito or other java based automatic testing framework.
• Experience on Postman.
• Good understanding of java and API programming (End points).
• Good understanding of the CI/CD processes.
• Deployment technologies such versioning tools (Git, GitHub,Bitbucket).
• Continuous integration Experience including Automated Testing Setup.
• Project tracking and documentation ( Altassian Jira/Confluence).
• Analysis of monitoring and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch to ensure the quaility of applications / root cause analysis detection.
