Our flexible placements will include exposure to Operations, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, and Technology & Engineering across our global hubs located in France, Sweden, UAE, as well as offshore operations.By the end of the 24-month program you will be able to work with your sponsors to align a career path across a range of opportunities based on your strengths and aspirations as they fit within our dynamic business requirements.We encourage candidates to bring a curious mindset and a willingness to be flexible in exploring new fields and learning about the business. Responsibilities

• Work as Graduate Specialist in the assigned departments
• Actively participate in on-the-job learning activities
• Maintain regular contact with Sponsors and Mentors
• Attend formal training as required
• Produce reports and share feedback on progress throughout the Program
• Participate in business travel as required

Requirements

• A recent graduate in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Research and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Willing to travel and work internationally
• Valid permission to work within the European Union
