What you’ll be doing

  1. Coordinates the expansion of the existing customer bases, supporting lead generation across website and calls and the usage of BT’s products and services.

  2. Supervises a team of desk based sellers to determine the most appropriate strategic sales and advisory approaches.

  3. Supports resources renewal contracts and business activities for assigned sales, product and pricing comparison matrices to accelerate customer decision making; maintain and manage in field customer-specific pricing contract data and reporting requirements; manage and resolve pricing issues, etc.

  4. Supports internal operational resources to resolve customer and desk based escalated issues.

  5. Coordinates the creation of custom reporting, metrics, data analysis such as information on customer ordering history and buying patterns as required by sales leadership.

  6. Supervises a sales advisory team and monitors its ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.

  7. Supports in the design and delivery of process improvements within the sales advisory team.
