Job Description:
DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Public Sector Business Analyst to be part of DXC Consulting team.
In Consulting we are partnering with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions.
- Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).
- Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.
- Assist in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.
- Contributes to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.
- Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.
- Coach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success.
- Identify risks and assumptions and shapes program governance.
- Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics.
- Previous experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)
- Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).
- The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).
Work Location: Rome (RM) with remote work possibility
