Job Description:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with diverse special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)Providing one-on-one or small group support to studentsCollaborating with the teaching team and external professionalsSupporting students with their academic, social, and emotional developmentContributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support roleA genuine interest in working with students with special educational needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, and a positive attitudeWillingness to work collaboratively with the teaching team Working Hours:This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week.
