This is a unique opportunity for a Psychology graduate to gain hands-on experience in a setting that prioritises child mental health and holistic development, making it ideal for those looking to build a career in educational psychology, child mental health, or clinical psychology with a focus on young people.The Role:As a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Key responsibilities include:Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them engage and progress academically and socially.
Assisting with individualised education plans (IEPs) and working with the SENCO to adapt learning strategies.
Using your knowledge of psychology to understand and respond to children unique behaviours and needs.
