Overview

As a CRM PM involved in the campaign animation for an automotive client as part of Publicis Sapient CRM team, you will work closely with the other Team stream to coordinate campaigns.

Your Role

• You work for our customer with iconic car brands
• You oversee local and international CRM projects, with the primary focus on the email channel.
• You provide advice to local and international stakeholders on best practices, so that CRM campaigns continue to perform at the desired high level.
• Responsible for customer briefings and translation of briefing.

The function

• Coordinating CRM campaigns requested from the head office.
• Ensure that CRM quality is good and ensure the use of correct approach according to client brief on: targeting and email contents adaptation.
• Communicate with the technical team responsible for the implementation in Salesforce.
• Be the contact person of Local markets CRM team.
• Guiding and influencing the CRM roadmap.
• Innovate and achieve the best results.

Your Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM program project management.
• Knowledge of customer journeys, contact plans and loyalty programs.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluent speaking English language and native Italian.
• Experience in working with international contacts and customers.
• Desirable: Previous agency or consulting experience, to be able to work with both clients and internal and internationally distributed teams.
• Desirable: Experience in, or affinity with, the automotive sector.
