Douglas Scott is currently on the hunt for a
Property
Paralegal / Assistant to join our client well-respected Legal 500 firm, for their office based in
St Albans, Hertfordshire.

This firm is a well-established solicitors based in St Albans who is seeking an addition to their small tight-knit property team. This firm is looking for not just a quality candidate with excellent experience, but also big on finding a good ‘personality fit’, someone with natural drive and enthusiasm to progress.

THE ROLE

• Submitting searches, file closing, obtining title docs
• Drafting enquiries, replies to enquiries and reports to clients
• Preparing Stamp Duty forms and all necessary accounts forms and understanding client ledgers
• Preparing Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
• Dealing with pre completion requisitions
• Dealing with clients when they call to the office with documents

REQUIREMENTS

• You will have minimum 1 yr experience in residential property
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• You will have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effective teamwork, time management and a proven understanding of confidentiality.
