We are looking for an experienced Project Support Team Leader. You will be responsible to provide pre and post sales engineering and Site Manager support to the Project Management Team. You will be responsible for the team of 15 members for the UK and Ireland market. The team is very energetic, international and diverse.

What you’ll do:

  • Complete and accurate CDE responses.

  • Support for the tendering process to achieve Projects Team profit plan.

  • Support tendering process to ensure correct scope, resources, and cost – particularly site works and Project Management .

  • Early identification, assessment, tracking and resolution of technical/engineering risk and management of those risks to margin.

  • Lead Project Engineering Team to provide post-Sales Support to include: The early identification, assessment, tracking and resolution of technical/engineering risk and management of any risks to margin during project execution. Support for project handover to service on completion of works.

  • Coordinate Site Managers to achieve best use of resources and skill set to support Project Management activities.

  • Provide positive leadership in all EHS related matters to ensure compliance with Eaton and Customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Level or equivalent, preferably electrical engineering and Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM)

  • Proven years of experience in electrical industry

Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge of: LV switchgear, MV switchgear, transformers, BMS/SCADA systems, UPS systems

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office,

  • Possess and maintain a valid driving licence.

  • Legally authorised to work in the UK and EU.
