About the Role:

The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) is a customer-facing representative of SAP ensuring full delivery, accountability of the engagement, and customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

What youll do:

• Work in close collaboration with the technical and project teams to serve our customers and provide quality remote and on-site services and activities to fit the customers’ needs and complexity

• Act as a partly onsite trusted advisor who grows the business by developing and supporting growth of the client relationship for SAP

• Be proactive in nature, handling everything from continuous improvement to problem management and service reviews, ensure our customers have the support they need to successfully deliver innovative solutions and releases

• Share monthly / quarterly service level reports with the customer and advise on new services or other developments within SAP that increase the business value for the customer

• Act as a (de-)escalation point for delivery-related topics (incidents, service requests, and other customer requirements)

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or technology related field (e.g. computer science, business administration, etc.)

• Strong experience in a customer-facing role in the cloud or IT consulting business

• Ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audiences with confidence, including management level at customers

• Strong engagement management, relationship building, and de-escalation skills

• Accustomed to working with global virtual matrix organization

• Fluency both written and spoken in English,

• Jira experience a plus
