Your duties include coordinating, executing and completing assigned projects in the context of a predefined method/framework within the time, scope and budget negotiated with the client; making sure that the profitability of projects is maximized while the customer satisfaction is at its highest level.Your responsibilities● You will assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.● You coordinate internal resources and third parties to perfectly manage the projects.● You will ensure that the project is delivered on-time and within scope, quality, and budget.● You will ensure resource availability and allocation.● You will develop and operate a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.● You will manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.● You will measure project performance, specially to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals.● You will report and escalate to manangement while needed.● You will manage the relationship with all stakeholders.● You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.● You will use and continually develop leadership skills.● You will perform other related duties as required by the client/project.QualificationsYour profile● You have proven working experience of at least 5 years in project management● You have a project management certification: project management professional (PMP) / PRINCE II/ PMBOK etc.● You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.● You have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.● You have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.● You have a strong working knowledge of MS Office.● You have a Master Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.● You are fluent in Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.Additional InformationWhy choose us? * Cutting-edge Technology: Embrace the latest advancements in IT and digital technologies as we constantly innovate to stay ahead of the competition.
