Apply today!The positionAs Project Portfolio Partner, your role involves driving the Project Portfolio agenda in our fast-growing organization, assessing our business needs, and implementing the best solutions across DMD. You will be a trusted business partner to our management.
Your main responsibilities encompass:

  • Driving and reinforcing project portfolio processes to align with management’s strategic initiatives
  • Initiating the prioritization of projects and reallocation of resources
  • Facilitating portfolio management and prioritization meetings to drive alignment and efficiency
  • Taking the lead on the implementation of a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool
  • Optimizing our portfolio operations maximizing the effectiveness of our portfolio tool, continuously fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

In this position, you develop and maintain relationships within our organization and with our stakeholders. Simultaneously, you will be heading up a forum across our organization to ensure our portfolio keeps being value-adding to the organization which require alignment and coordination to ensure we continuously optimize the way we work with projects and reporting.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Hold a MSc Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or a similar field
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management and at least 2 years of proven expertise in portfolio management
  • Showcase strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Possess prior experience working with PPM tools
  • Display proficiency in both written and spoken English

Furthermore, you are a dedicated team player, committed to enhancing team performance while maintaining high work quality.About the departmentBusiness Support is a department within DMD, consisting of 20 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Strategy deployment, Finance, Lean, Innovation, Training, EHS, and Project & Portfolio Management.We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds and different levels of experience.
