Apply today and be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering strong results and making a simpler and regulatory compliant bank.About Your Team:You’ll be joining a diverse team of 5 professionals, located in Denmark and Lithuania, all sharing a passion for portfolio execution and maintaining and developing a good project environment for the project and program managers. Our team is undergoing a refreshing expansion of scope and responsibility. We are a strategic entity and as such, we play a very important role in deciding which regulatory projects to do, and in which order we do them.What You’ll Do:In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Maintain robust control over a portfolio of strategic projects and programmes.
• Prioritize and rank all new regulatory initiatives across the bank with stakeholders.
• Together with the team, ensure project and programs/initiatives stay within governance.
• Report portfolio status to senior management.
• Help develop and mature project ideas into projects.
• Support the Project Managers, so that they deliver the projects efficiently.
• Develop and maintain the project model and project templates.
• Maintain the project pipeline and forecast resources.

About You:You’re an influential communicator and a self-driven individual who knows when to stand firm and when to compromise. You bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager and or PMO experience
• Knowledge of the latest PMO and PM methodologies and trends
• Proven understanding of project governance, risk, and planning
• Strong project management, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• You are structured, yet innovative and motivated to make a positive impact
• You are willing to take responsibility for your own learning and ownership of your own tasks and to work as a team player
• Experienced in working in a matrix organization.
