The position

As a Project Portfolio Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

-Drive portfolio management in M2; planning of mgmt. portfolio governance meetings, set direction for, review and sign-off material for these and coordinate with stakeholders.
-Own and drive budget processes for the project portfolio
-Ensure that project governance is adhered to.
-Engage in optimisation of processes and optimisation/development of analytical tools and dashboards.
 

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

-Experience or interest in portfolio management, finance, project controls and/or execution of CAPEX projects is an advantage.
-Experience in medical production, preferably API production is an advantage.
-Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Natural Science, or Pharmacy is preferred.
-Strong analytical, planning, collaboration skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel

About the Department

The API M2 Projects and Strategy department is a newly established department with specialized employees focusing on project execution, project support, portfolio management, and strategy within a regulated pharmaceutical production area. We work in close collaboration across teams to make a difference for M2.
