You’ll work alongside with passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.As Project Planning Manager, you will create and monitor the detailed schedule of activities for the Installation, Migration and Test & Commissioning (T&C) departments within the project. You will be in charge of following the progress of the departments for their planned activities in comparison to the reference plan and ensuring on-site interfaces coordination with the Customer and external stakeholders, in term of access and planning.Day-to-day, in this role, you will work close together with our development teams, electrical and mechanical suppliers, installation, procurement and other stakeholders.You will be based in Copenhagen, with travels on site in Fyn and Sjælland regions.You will be responsible to :
- Create and follow up of the detailed on site activities schedule for Installation, Commissioning and Migration department (time-geographic schedule or Gantt chart)
- Monitor the possessions process: forecasts, booking and use of possessions
- Support the department with their readiness status prior site activities
- Attend to regular internal meetings: RO core team meeting, department meeting, planning reviews
- Attend to regular meetings with internal supplier: control the supplier schedule and monitor the progress
- Attend to regular external meetings: Customer meetings related to site activities, third parties meetings related to site activities, synchronization meeting to push the plan
- Identifies reported clashes and coordination issues between the Alstom plan and the Customer/third parties plan
- Assess the progress of works against the schedule

- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree
- Scheduling tool: MS Project as a minimum, preference for Tilos, Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Language skills required: advanced/business fluent level of English. It will be a plus to have Danish language skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to fulfil the role of site coordinator towards internal department, internal supplier, Customer and third parties
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability
