You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.You’ll ensure the execution of the Customer project schedule, contributing significantly to our on-time delivery performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Engineering team Installation team, Quality, Safety), organize project schedule sessions, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of monitoring project progress through updates, lead performance follow-up with proper KPIs, but also capture any external events that could impact timelines.We’ll look to you for:Developing and maintaining accurate project schedulesEfficiently managing planning deliverablesFacilitating synchronization of internal stakeholders with Project Management team strategyApplying the Alstom Project Scheduling ProcessContributing to the return of experience (REX) and improvement initiativesSharing best practices and schedule templatesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
