Job Description:
For our BU Grid Integration based in Milano we are looking for a brilliant candidate who will focus on Planning & Control activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing baseline criteria to plan and schedule workload relative to various engineering projects.
- Prepare project planning and scheduling status reports and recommend remedial actions.
- Carry out necessary preplanning to examine scope of work and services, work breakdown structure, engineering quality and quantities, financial and contractual obligations and division of responsibility to control and report on planning and scheduling activities.
- Work with third parties to ensure plans are realistic and achievable; analyze third party contractor progress information.
- Prepare schedules for commissioning and start up.
- Assist the project control team in establishing a project performance index.
Your background:
- Degree in engineering/economics or technical diploma;
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles;
- Good level of Italian and English;
- Good organizational skills, attention to details and proactivity are required;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
