If you are passionate about working for a noble cause on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our Project Planning Department which comprises of about 30 skilled Project Planners located in both Denmark and India.We are engaged in some of the most extensive and advanced projects in NNE’s history and strive to maintain high quality in line with our growth.Why do we need you? As our activities expand, predictability, agility, and customer satisfaction become increasingly important. Your role will therefore be crucial in managing our complex project plans.Location Kalundborg (occasionally Virum) Department Project Planning

As Project Planner, you’ll be:

  • Managing complex project time schedules in collaboration with other planners.
  • Acts as right hand for Project manager in regards to project planning.
  • Facilitating schedule discussions with the project team, client and subcontractors.
  • Supply schedule and progress data to project team and for reporting.
  • Challenge and suggest alternative execution sequences to optimize project timeline.
  • Take part in on-going improvement of NNE tools and methods.
  • Actively train and mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure anchoring of project lessons learned.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Experience in Microsoft Project and Primavera planning tools.
  • Knowledge of planning Theory: Critical path Method, Gant charts, etc.
  • 10 years of large-scale, multi-discipline planning experience with EPC.
  • Understands critical issues and internal mechanisms across major disciplines in large projects.
  • Beneficial: Experience from pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industries.
