Offer DescriptionAbout the jobThe (CSIC) invites Bachelor graduates, Master graduates and Postdoctoral researchers in any of the research and thematic fields, to express their interest to apply for a Project Manager Position for the management and implementation of the four-year Momentum Programme.The contemplates the creation of a new generation of professionals with advanced digital skills that can be retained in the Spanish science and innovation ecosystem through recruitment and training (240 ECTS), during 48 months, of research and technical staff. Aware of the challenges and opportunities posed by the digital age, this programme is conceived as an engine of transformation whose main objective is to attract, train and retain highly qualified talent in strategic areas of science and technology, strengthening the capacity of the CSIC and Spain for research, innovation, entrepreneurship and public-private collaboration, contributing to the social and economic progress of society.The programme is financed by the Secretariat of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence – Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service, through Red.es with EU Next Generation funds from Spain´s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.Your mission

• Monitoring, follow-up and implementation of the Momentum Programme at CSIC, with special attention to compliance with the training plans of staff hired under the Momentum programme.
• Administrative, economic and technical control and reports on the degree of execution of the resources allocated to the Momentum Programme.
• With the support of the central structures of CSIC, contribute to the creation, organisation and promotion of common and transversal actions for the professional development of Momentum contract staff.
• Communication and dissemination activities for the Momentum Programme through the drafting of press releases, updating of the Momentum website and dynamisation of its social networks.
• Organisation of events, workshops, seminars.

Essential requirementsQualifications: University degree (Bachelor or Master) or PhD, preferably but not limited to disciplines related to communications sciences, educational sciences, information sciences, computational techniques, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and other related technologies.

Languages: Native Spanish and high-level English.Experience: +2 years of experience in project management.Valuable requirementsExpertise in the design of strategies for attracting, training and retaining research and technical staff.Knowledge of website and social media management tools, and digital platforms for training programmes.Experience in establishing interaction and collaboration with stakeholders.Good integration in multidisciplinary teams.High capacity for personal work management and meeting deadlines.We offerIndefinite contract associated and limited to the execution of the Momentum Programme during 4 years according to the Spanish science law.Incorporation as soon as possible but in any case, no later than 31 December 2024.Gross annual salary (35.000 € – 45.000 €) according to qualification and experience.Joining the CSIC, an institution acknowledged by the European Commission with the “HR Excellence in Research” seal, compromised with gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
