 We are looking for a
Project Manager (based in SWEP Slovakia, Kechnec)
 

Project Manager leads Product Development Projects according to SWEP project management processes. Performs other duties as per request of superior within agreed job competences. As member of the Product Engineering Team, participates in the development of systems and processes relating to project management processes 

 
As a Project Manager, you will:

-Plan and lead Product Development projects according to decisions of the Product Engineering Steering Group (PESG) and according to the directions given by Product Engineering Director or Manager and the Sponsor. Keep time plans, development budgets and scope of project.
-Need to gain good knowledge of SWEP project management processes and philosophy.
-Provide efficient communication with project team, stakeholders as well as Steering groups.
-Be responsible for all aspects of new products until project closing and if called in at a later stage.
-Identify and recommend the development of resources and gather the resources to complete the project.
-Coordinate project related issues between R&D, Sales & Marketing, Operations and other SWEP functions.
-Conduct follow-up meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the projects.
-Participate in the development of SWEP project management processes.
 
We are looking for candidates ideally demonstrating:
Project Management experience for product development in manufacturing industry.

You need to be fluent in English, you will work in SWEP Global Team.

We also expect you are:

-Well acquainted with different methods for efficient cross-functional co-operation and decission making
-Possess very good communication skillsYou also have:

-University degree in Engineering (could be replaced by long and relevant experience) 

-At least 10 years experience in product development, out of this at least 5 years in Project Management
