My client is an engineering consulting company providing studies and technical assistance in project management. Based in Brussels, the firm is looking to recruit a Project Manager

You work closely with your colleagues, installers, suppliers, the client and architects.
You translate the concept into principle diagrams that form the basis for the detailed development
You succeed in designing energy-efficient systems even for complex installations.
You are able to independently develop new concepts.
You carry out the necessary technical calculations such as capacity determination, pressure drop calculations, ….
You dimension the main components and guide your colleagues in the process detailed calculation and drawing of techniques to create a coordinated 3D model
You create and/or check the specifications, bills of quantities and create a detailed one estimate on.
You monitor the quality, budget and planning of the project.
Together with colleagues from other disciplines, you ensure coordinated technical support file.
If you have a senior level of knowledge, you will follow independently or under the wings of a colleague on projects from A to Z and you may be in direct contact with our customers.

Minimum 5 years of experience within an engineering company
Experience as project manager or design engineer
A knowledge of building technics is a strong asset
Fluent in Dutch and French
