Build a Warehouse From the Ground Up – Project & Operations Leadership in MedTech
An innovative international medical technology organization is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Leader to help build and shape a brand-new distribution operation. This is a rare opportunity to design processes, influence strategy, and later lead operations within a growing global supply chain network.
During the first phase of the role, you will work closely with senior supply chain leadership to develop and implement the operational blueprint for a new warehouse facility. Once the site becomes operational, the role will naturally transition into a Warehouse / Depot Management position with responsibility for operational performance and continuous improvement.
This position combines strategic project work with hands-on operational leadership, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy building something from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Phase 1 – Project & Setup (Year 1)
Support the development and implementation of a new warehouse operation

Design and implement processes, workflows and operational structures
*
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for warehouse and logistics activities
*
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners
*
Contribute to the overall supply chain and distribution strategy
Phase 2 – Operational Leadership
Take responsibility for the daily management of warehouse operations
*
Lead performance improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
*
Manage 3PL partners and internal logistics processes
*
Ensure strong operational standards, service levels and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
3-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
*
Experience with warehouse management and operational logistics processes
*
Exposure to project management or supply chain transformation projects
*
Experience working with 3PL providers is highly valuable
*
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is a plus
*
A hands-on mindset combined with strategic thinking
*
Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn in a growing environment
*
English speaking is sufficient
Working Model
Year 1: Primarily remote while the new warehouse operation is being established
*
After launch: Hybrid model with approximately 50% remote / 50% on-site presence
Compensation
Salary up to EUR100,000 gross per year
*
15% performance bonus
*
