You may also Apply by using LinkedIn and populate details to your application from your LinkedIn profile.Your responsibilities will be:Managing the project team and deliverablesEnsuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone within the project teamAligning around release plans with stakeholders and vendorsMaintaining, aligning & communicating major release calendar, incl. milestone datesMonitoring and driving release progressCommunication with stakeholders to understand their challenges and follow progress on projectsCollaboration with the technical team members to resolve dependencies between requirement areas and productsLeading meetingsPlanning projects based on input from various stakeholders,Keeping projects on track with timelines, effort and quality of deliverablesRecognizing, analysing and solving project challengesManaging necessary documentationExperience and Skills:Minimum 5 years of professional experience as project manager (or on a similar role)Experience in driving progress of project in all phases until releaseGreat leadership skillsPassion and interest about delivery of business value – Lean-Agile mindsetExcellent communication skills to ensure team’s cohesiveness and valueProficiency in Agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban etc.Experience in JIRA and related toolsStrong problem-solving skills and feel comfortable in challenging situations
