We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. Responsibilities:Your role as Project Manager – Student Journey Design will involve:Innovate the current student experience to increase student engagement for master and undergraduate students.Design the student journey for specific target of students: Women in Business, Families in Business, etc.Transversal ActivitiesMicrojourneys

  • Lead the design of the new journey for “targeted” students adding value to their experience and creating a higher engagement. Create specific WOW moments for these students with specific academic and non-academic content.
  • Identify the possible new “targeted” students beyond the ones already identified.
  • Implement the changes needed to create the perfect environment for the microjourneys.
  • Find the area for operational improvements and help the Operations team to address them.
  • Become the reference and key stakeholder for Microjourney students.
  • Track the evolution of microjourneys: possible KPIs: number of existing students per year, number of students “enrolled” in each microjourney, level of satisfaction, number of students “graduating” in each microjourney.

Social Experience (B-School, IE, MAD, GLOCAL)

  • Oversee the organization of social events across programs, such as Blue Torch and Summer Party, to promote student engagement and recognition.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Life department to create a unified calendar for microjourneys and other targeted student events.
  • Partner with B-School HQ and the alumni department to identify potential student ambassadors for continued alumni engagement.
  • Lead engagement efforts with VIP students, parents, and alumni throughout each microjourney.

Business with Purpose

  • Be the contact person within the B-School to centralize all the information related to Business with Purpose.
  • Work with Vice Dean Conchita Galdón in some of the projects (Splash, Financieros sin Fronteras, etc.) and be the key contact person for all these projects. Be the “face” of the B-School with some of the organizations that we collaborate with when Conchita is not available.

Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Master’s Degree is desired.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for constructive and action-oriented responses.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills, including empathy and active listening.
  • Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complexity under time pressure.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
