Our client is a specialist RC Frame and Goundworks contractor who cover various projects all over London and the south.

They have recently secured a new project in Greenwich and they are now looking for a Project Manager to run the job.

This project is due to start in and is programmed to run for at least 1 year.

Monday – Saturday work available.

Criteria:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Must have RC frame and groundworks experience with a reputable contractor
• Experience dealing with tier 1 main contractors
• Able to attend meetings, produce reports and assist the construction manager on site with general matters
• Review and manage surrounding project requirements – Quality, Health & Safety and Temporary works etc.
• Management and health and safety qualifications
• CSCS
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong IT skills
• Car driver – desirable
