Role Purpose

The Project Manager (freelance) will support the Project and Development Services (PDS) team in:

  • Supporting the Project Management on the assigned projects, with specific focus on office, logistic/industrial/data center, living, hospitality asset classes;
  • Pro-active attitude is a must in the day-by-day activities
  • Willing to take ownership of the issues until their positive resolution
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to the Senor Project Manager as needed
  • Effectively support in the management of the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Contract management experience will be a plus

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

  • Qualified as Engineer or Architect;
  • Knowledge in Project Management principles, best practices, methods and tools
  • A minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Completely proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / AutoCAD / MS Project;
  • Effective operational proficiency in Italian and English;
  • Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated;
  • Must be flexible and a team player;
  • Organized professional;
  • An experience in a complex construction site project will be considered a plus
  • Interested in and have a knowledge about ESG and sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL certifications);
  • Vat number (Partita iva)
  • Availability to travel
