The Position

As a Project Manager role within the Assembly team, you will be in charge of initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our project execution framework. A key aspect of this position is acting as the link between work groups, steering groups, project owners, project governance, and key stakeholders. Reporting and communicating across various levels of the business is a critical part of project management.

Some of your main responsibilities include:

-Coordinating project activities involving a wide range of highly skilled engineers and specialists to implement highly innovative assembly lines.
-Setting budget and leading collaboration and partnership with equipment suppliers, production, and lead supplier consultation for clinical and high-volume equipment.
-Managing equipment supplier interactions to secure their delivery according to plan and all work packages (equipment, IT/automation, process validation and innovation).
-Handing over the fully validated equipment to production.
-Leading, developing and inspiring the project team as well as handling stakeholder managers (which includes presentation to steering group).
Your tasks lie within a global manufacturing development organisation, with expected travel of 10+ days a year, to interact with suppliers and local production sites.

Finally, as a member of the team, we will encourage you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:

-A bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree,
in

manufacturing, natural sciences, engineering or similar

combined with at least 3 years track record as a project manager.
-Previous experience with production, process development and implementation of production equipment within a GMP regulated industry.
-Broad expertise in utilizing various project tools and effective project reporting.

-Demonstrate courage and interest to engage with technical projects ensuring assembly lines are delivered to our sites to support future demand.
-Full proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English.
 

You have strong execution, communication, and collaboration skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organization. You easily build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders.

As a person, you are pro-active, responsible and strive for simplicity and quality. You excel at engaging people to achieve their best and grow while achieving results in the project.

About the department

FPM SAT is responsible for the manufacturing development of all devices and packaging-related processes. We explore new technologies, including robotics, for future production and operate a production unit for clinical production and process optimisation.
