Role Overview:As a Project Manager at HS Marston Aerospace, you will lead and oversee complex projects, from new product introductions to manufacturing transfers. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, you will be pivotal in ensuring project success by integrating efforts across various functions and managing risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects, including product development and operational transfers, within a matrix organization.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, focusing on manufacturing and hardware delivery.

• Manage project risks, scope changes, and maintain detailed project plans.

• Provide regular performance updates using metrics like Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

• Promote a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement within the team and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Degree in a relevant discipline with a recognized project management qualification (APM PMQ/PMP).

• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in managing complex manufacturing projects, ideally in the aerospace sector. Proven ability to handle new product introductions, certification, and product transfers.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Proficiency in managing issues, scope changes, and project financials.
