About the Opportunity
The BEP Joint Venture project will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants, carried out in line with the Employer’s needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the Box Encapsulation Project (BEP).
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Birchwood Park, Warrington.
Reporting to the Support Services Manager this role is to project manage the office closure of Washington House office at Birchwood and relocate the project personnel to the client office Hinton House at Birchwood.
The management of the office move will include but not be limited to:

Liaise with the project commercial team to agree the close out of the lease with the landlord

Archive all documentation no longer required working collaboratively with the project Document Control Manager.

Work with the IT Manager to set up IT at Hinton House meeting the projects IT requirements

Liaise with Hinton House and ensure that the BEP project is allocated an adequate number of desks

Liaise with the project Security manager and with Sellafield Security to ensure all security arrangements meet the project’s needs (e.g. lockable pedestals and cabinets, access arrangements etc.)

Liaise with the Facility Manager in Washington House to return Washington House to the original state and project manage any work required.

Work collaboratively with the Office Manager in Washington House to set up a desk seating plan that meets the needs of the delivery areas.
