Project Manager for Sensormatic

As a Project Manager for Sensormatic, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our solutions across all your assigned client accounts in the UK & Eire stores. Additionally, you will oversee the installation of CCTV and EAS systems for all new store openings and refits.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Rollout Solutions: Implement Sensormatic’s solutions across all UK&I stores.

  • Oversee Installations: Ensure successful installation and commissioning of CCTV and EAS systems for new store openings and refits.

  • Manage Resources: Coordinate all technical and resource requirements, working with subcontractors and internal planners.

  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

  • Risk & Change Management: Apply change, risk, and resource management.

  • Cost Management: Manage costs to maintain or improve margins.

  • Compliance: Ensure total compliance with project management and health and safety procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of company processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, mitigate, and recommend actions on risks and issues threatening project completion.

  • Site Meetings: Participate in site meetings to determine requirements, readiness, and ensure successful handover.

  • First-Time Installations: Strive for ‘right first time’ installations, recording and reporting on events to identify process improvements.

  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain client satisfaction around implementation.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Project management qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Customer Service: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • IT Knowledge: Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.

  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office software.
