Project Manager in Remote, United Kingdom

As a Project Manager, you will work as part of the EMEA Services team, specifically as a member of the EMEA Project Management Practice (PMP), engaging directly with our customers (or working with partners as appropriate) to develop world class CX automation solutions using the company’s Open CcaaS platform. At Verint, Project Managers are responsible for delivering projects on behalf of, and being advocates for, our Customers and Partners across EMEA. Project Managers work across the entire delivery lifecycle, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while understanding our Customer’s business needs to successfully deliver CX solutions based on Verint’s Open CcaaS Platform. With responsibility for a portfolio of projects of varying size and complexity, we are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager who can lead a Project from conception through to handing to our Customer Success team, supporting and advising Customers at every stage. With excellent attention to detail, a focus on delivery and project control our Project Managers are key to assisting customers transition to Verint Cloud and then transform their business with CX automation.
